How Do you get back into Kodi setting?

How does one get back into the Kodi settings after you install a build?

I don’t know if you can. When I used builds, all the settings were accessible through the build settings. I do not use builds anymore I use just addons with Kodi. The Crew, The Oath, and Marauder are the addons I use. I have Real-Debrid integrated with each, and have access to all Kodi settings. I know this doesn’t answer your question, but I was never able to access Kodi settings when I had a build installed either.

Are you trying to load another app from the build you currently have or a new build

To access settings from a build have you tried changing the skin back to estuary? In most Builds you can find system and interface, move to skin settings in order to do it. Good luck

Dminor9,

One more question? Why did you stop using Builds?

Again Thanks

Hi Don55,
I stopped using builds because I found I only use a couple of addons within the whole build and they take up a lot of space and resources in my android box. The build itself is constantly updating and there is always something within the build running in the background. I went to using individual addons in Kodi and never looked back. It seemed every time I installed a build, the authors of it stopped taking care of it and it slowly stopped working and I would have to install a new one. I installed the three addons I use most (The Crew, Oath, and Marauder) in a fraction of the time it took to install a build. For me it is simpler and easier to take care of and integrating Real-Debrid with each addon works great for finding and watching anything I want. It is a matter of personal preference. Sorry, got a little too long.

Hi again Dminor9,

You told me that earlier. All of this is for my wife. I am thinking about following your suggestion.
Again Thanks

Are you happy with this set-up ? TY

Yapacat,
I am very happy with this set-up. I won’t ever go back to using builds. Once again though, it is a matter of personal preference.

That’s how I used to do it. I went all add ons now. Builds to me are a pain. My opinion

http:// Index of /repo works really good and it has a lot of addons. It’s called the Chameleon becuase you can do what you want with it.

The dabutcher application works good for a number of addons.

Hi Dminor9,

I changed my skin to Estuary. Would be ok just to delete the build?
Do you get extra’s with a build?
Do you know anything about 4K viewing?

Thanks

Don

Thanks JackDee,

I get that and now I get around much better.
Would it be ok to just delete the build?

Hi Again Dminor9,

I might of already asked you this but Its hard to keep track of the message I get.
What I did was went into Kodi and set the skin to Estuary.
Would it be better to delete the build? The other items on addons in that build my wife might like them.
I also want to question you about what you said about integrating Real-Debrid?

Would I get 4K using Real-Debrid?
Would I see a big difference with it? Meaning a much better picture?

Thanks for all you help and info?

Oh have you tried the 4K app?
Is so is it good??

Don
