How do I install APK from usb attached to Nvidia shield tv pro?

You’re welcome. Good luck!

Shayde, Unfortunately the URL is not working to install JioCinema apk from new downloader 1.4.4
https://aftv.news/602560
It says unknown and then trying to redirecting to
https://d.apkpure.com/b/APK/com.jio.media.stb.ondemand? version=latest

Thanks

It works for me, tried again just now. I can upload it elsewhere and give you a tinyurl.com shortcut if you think that would work?

Try this —> https://tinyurl.com/gakula
If that doesn’t work either, then I’m afraid I don’t know what the problem could be.

make sure javascript is enabled in the downloader app

I’m wondering if he’s in a different country and something is blocking the download. Unless he’s turning javascript off, I think it comes enabled on the new version. Not sure though.

jio I think is Indian, not sure but maybe try a native browser

That’s a good idea. If the tinyurl link doesn’t work maybe he can try that.

Thanks Shayde and TXRon,
I was out of town, sorry for late reply
I could able to download APK for latest version of Jio (5.0.3) onto usb and using FIleManager app I installed. Also the app is for phone I guess. When I try to access from streaming player, it is annoying.
I will be better of if I use the browser for URL https://jiocinema.com
Thanks again for your help

Use the Send Anywhere app and send it from your computer to your device. You will find the sent file in your file manager. I use X-plore. Then just install it using the X-plore installer.

Download - Send Anywhere (File Transfer) (send-anywhere.com)

Thanks so much Powerfader, This is fantastic. Lot better than copy/plug in on usb.
I will try this next and thanks for your update and help.

downloaded and installed Send Anywhere. I do not see all those Menu buttons. looks like I am missing something. I also created account .
Thanks

My OS version is WIndows 10. Installed 64 bit Send Anywhere. Do I have install 32 bit version ?
Thanks

You have to install it on both the sending and receiving devices. As far as which Windows version. Check on your computer whether you have 32 bit or 64 bit. You can find that info in settings>about
