How do I contact TDUK about App Killer not working on Nvidia Shield

I purchased TDUK Killer App. Enabled USB debugging on Nvidia Shield Pro.

I had my usb storage device in usb2 (nearest to the ethernet connection). When moved my usb storage into usb1 the sored apps on it did not show up. When I moved my usb storage back to usb2 the usb storage apps appeared again. How can I contact TDUK to find out why I can’t app killer to work.
