Filmplus only has Real debris, All debris, and premiumize in the settings.
You should get some more video programs from the troypoint toolbox or try searching on the home page. If you install them you should be able to chose one of the others. I myself have real debrid as well.
You don’t. Filmplus has only allowed Bplayer for almost a year. It asks you to install it when you try to play your first stream.
