How come I can't install Downloader on my Samsung Android Table?

I have tried all day to install the Troypoint Downloader to my new Samsung S7+ Tablet and have gotten nowhere. I keep getting redirected in a circle whenever I go the the Troypoint site and I did finally get a download that would not install. Later I got a download from a site that did install, but did not work. The most recent required me to go through some outfit called Kforce which I decided not to do because it address was 'com.troypoint blah blah blah. What ever happened to the good old days where you 1) went to a web site 2) saw an app that looked interesting 3) downloaded it 4) installed it 5) it worked as advertised?

The version of downloader is 1.4.2 I have a Samsung S6 Tablet

The Downloader is only for andriod tv devices.

How to install on andriod boxes

Tried it and URL in Chrome brings me to list of sites having that string of characters. Any area allowing a ‘click’ takes me to the Troypoint site where I end up in an infinite loop. I am mainly looking to download the Cinema APK. There is a place within the play store that has a Cinema download and it installs but when you try to open it you’re told to unplug your VPN. I uninstalled it right away.

Got about as far as I ever have and then got the message “Your device isn’t compatible with this version.”
Version v1.3.8
I am running Android 10
Version 1.4.3 gave me a 404 Error ‘Not Found’

I just downloaded Downloader on my Samsung 8 phone a couple of days ago. I used a 3rd party site to do so.

Downloader V1.4.2 is on my Galaxy Tab S7. Got it there like I do most apps not in the Play store. Search in Google for “Downloader app APK”. My favorite APK site is apkpure com. Download the APK file to the tablet, then go into the Samsung Files folder, find the APK and install from there. Very rarely is the APK file incompatible with the device.
