How can you rate a movie in Cinema?

I notice when looking up a movie in Cinema there is a rating score for the movie you have looked up. Where do those ratings come from and is there a way for me to add to that rating?

Same thing with stremio! Always being curious about that.

I’ve never used it but there is a Trakt rating button rating that supposedly integrates with KODI and allows you to rate a movie
