Why doesn’t ustvgo have an app for firestick? The apk sucks if you want easy access, so I use silk browser w/bookmarker for quick access, but an app that works w/firestick would make sooooo much easier…
The above is the apk I use quite a bit.
I also, have made shortcuts using this webpage for my homepage on my tablet and on my laptop I placed an icon in taskbar and start page.
I like that I can cast from my laptop to my tv using the webpage site. I haven’t found a way to do it on my tablet yet (without using an app).

Btw, you can customize the logo to anything you like.
Oddly it’s quite useless for me and always has been. Every single channel gives me the darn VPN warning. Thought I’d see if that had changed it hasn’t, but I get 90% of these channels using Kodi and Mad Titan anyway.
There are 22 VPN channels. I use the free version of Proton VPN. US Server #5 seems to work for me the most.
Btw, there is now a Kodi addon for ustvgo. Benmoose of Project Moose on GitHub has the details and the way I understand is no VPN is required.
I don’t use Kodi. So, I use another private server source that I can install in my Tivimate that does the same…it was dev by the same people.
Mad Titan has the USTV NOW already in it and has 100 channels. So I already have access to all the channels in ustvgo and more. But tx for your help PF as always. I should give Proton vpn (free) a try again but I already paid for a full year of ExpressVPN last week and I’m getting great speeds with their latest release/update 10.22.0
I get USTVGO on the Crew addon. It works very well. It works fine with IPVanish for me. Admittedly, it is my backup, as I have an IPTV service for live TV, so I do not use it regularly.
I rarely use a vpn. 'Bout the only time I use one is when I use the USTVGO 247 apk or the USTVGO webpage, but since I have the m3u in my Tivimate and it doesn’t require a vpn. Then that is usually the one I choose to use when at home. I use the webpage stream when on my laptop away from home. Then I will activate the VPN.
I am wondering if an IP can track what you’re streaming through Tivimate, or if they can only see that you are using Tivimate?
Same here. I use Tivimate mostly and I have made a Favorites group consisting of what I watch most. The only issue with doing that is limiting your sense of discovery. There are many times when I am just surfing the channels and all of a sudden find something interesting that I would not have found otherwise.
I use The Crew for Ustvgo in the IPTV , i have to use a vpn as some of the channels don’t work otherwise , Asgard is good to for Live TV,
For me Mad Titan is utter rubbish with or without a vpn…
So the developer redid the ustvgo m3u? I haven’t even looked lately. Do you have the ustvgo m3u? I deleted mine when it wasn’t working.
no, that old m3u will not get the 22 vpn channels. he does have another m3u with about 460 channels. Mostly all in the US.
I have seen this topic argued lots on the web. One guy on youtube says ISP’s could care less what you watch and their concern is who is providing the stream and the stream guy says they have no way of knowing because its encrypted and password protected…so I say nothing is private anymore and so I run vpn on everthing just to be safe(er)
Thanks for the info, @Powerfader. I was able to download & install w/o any issues…unfortunately, my wife is 72yrs old, and wants to “just click to my shows”, and she doesn’t like having to use the mouse, etc…etc… Happy wife, happy life, so I’ll keep looking. Thats the main reason I haven’t bothered to show her how to use kodi, we usually watch movies together, & I set it up.
Ahh ok. Tx. I rarely hunt for m3u lists anymore.
What makes you think vpn’s are private?
nothing is private today but there are ways to better be protected. A vpn being one way of “attempting” to keep safe. But in this hacking world nothing is private. IMHO
