Just for a check, open Umbrella, then tools, scroll down to providers and just confirm the cocoscrapers install was applied successfully.
After installing you must click OK on the right for it to install.

If you want to try another one, Chains Genocide is working good and just updated today. Found in The Crew Repo. No need to install scrapers and will work with RD, Premiumize, Easydebrid and Orion.

In Umbrella settings go to Accounts (Debrid) and make sure your Premiumize is enabled and your user name is showing. You can check your account info as well. Sometimes people dont realize their subscription expired.
@PapaS has given you all the info that should have fixed this. This is my last minute guess.

Yeah I’ve done everything I just don’t understand it
Yeah I have 411 days left I’m just going to try a different add-on it’s getting on my nerves now and probably everybody else’s

Nice one, Papa! I’ll give that add-on a try. I just don’t get it—it’s driving me nuts. I’ve followed every step exactly, set everything just as it should be, but it’s still acting up. I really appreciate all your help!
