You probably need to clean the cache in the apps. And it helps to restart the stick and or router. Daily maintenance mandatory with sticks to keep optimal.
I do periodically restart the fire stick, unplugging it from the power strip. When there are problems I always unplug the wireless connection and restart that too.
I’ve gone through various applications and cleaned up the cashe on occasion. I also have fast task killer, which, in my understanding, releases memory in real time from applications you use the most.
I was thinking perhaps I need to buy a new fire stick, but again, I’m not certain if this is a fire stick problem or a Xfinity wireless connection problem.
Further insight or info is appreciated. Again, thanks for getting back to me,
