Is there anyone else having to constantly change locations to stop buffering? My IPTV tells me to go to Asian countries. I’ve had to keep changing. Is this Nord or is it the IPTV service that I bought??? Nord tells me to configure my settings again. I haven’t a clue what they are talking about. So, this could also be my downfall. Not knowing how to configure Nord. They give me advise, I change to 1.1.1.1 and Nordlynx But also a failure. Is this normal for IPTV and Nord working together?
It could be an issue with both or either. Your iptv service and it’s servers would have to be operating at an efficient capacity, just like VPN servers.
Your VPN and the server that you’re connected to would have to be at an acceptable load capacity and offering acceptable throughput speeds after tunneling. You should do a speed test when connected through your VPN to see what kind of bandwidth you’re getting.
If it’s pretty slow, given your ISP speed profile that you’re paying for, using different VPN server locations may help. Changing your VPN protocol from OpenVPN to Wireguard (in Nord’s case, it would be Nordlynx) should help speeds. Wireguard does have it’s disadvantages, but speed isn’t one of them.
Test your speed first and start from there.
