I have nvidia sheild box and put the ai hd and doesnt look any better
Have 4k streaming but players arent working very well, still seems they are in sd not hd any advice?
The screen resolution will look no better than the streaming source you are using. Most, if not all of them are in either 720 or 1080 P format. Your Smart TV’s AI processor can probably up-convert the image to some degree. The only other things to check out to make sure you are getting the highest streaming resolution possible is your internet/wifi speeds (with and without VPN), hdmi cable, along with the RAM/internal memory of your streaming device. Your streaming quality will be no better than the link between these items and your streaming source. Hope that helps.
