I’m trying to install TROYPOINT rapid app installer but there is no longer a developer’s option in the setting box on my fire tv. Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, they are hiding options in different places… I found mine by tapping on the serial number on a new fire tablet… soon ive heard you will have to play a round of mario cart to find the princess car and steal her keys 
Mario cart? Anything like go carts? And to think, I actually give helpful advice here. Ok so maybe helpful is a bit of a stretch. Low standards I guess.
