I have a Shield that I have paired with my Harmony Hub. But, I have no control of any functions on the Shield. I have deleted the device and activity from the Harmony and reinstalled them and repaired but still no control. The Harmony device controls all my other devices/activities flawlessly but not the Shield. Any ideas?

I contacted Harmony support (they are very good) and all is working now. FYI, I had to do the setup on the mobile app vs. the desktop app for it all to work.
