Hallmark+ Update on ONN 4kPro Won't Let Me Login

The Hallmark+ app on my ONN 4K Pro (connected to my Samsung TV) was updated to the latest version 2 days ago. In the past, when this app updates, sometimes it will ask me to log in again. It did that this time. However, when I went to hallmarkplus.com/tv as directed and entered the 4 digit code, when I entered my credentials it came back with a “Invalid credentials” error. I tried numerous times, including changing my password, all with no success. The strange thing is that I can go to hallmarkplus.com in a browser and successfully log in using the same credentials.

When I finally got in touch with Hallmark Support, I was told that this is a known and widespread issue that they are working on resolving.

Has anyone else had this issue AND have you found a workaround yet?

This is the first time I’ve heard of this issue, and if their support team can’t figure it out I’m not sure if there are workarounds besides looking for alternatives to access the same content
