Hi all, I have a Formuler Z10 pro max that was recommended to me by many. It was to replace my H96 pro+. I am having problem with Google play store with apps not being available for download , specifically British apps ,ITV hub, All4 , BBCiPlayer etc. These were all and still are available and work on my old H96 android box. Why are they blocked for Fomuler? I am in Canada but use a VPN without previous issues. Any ideas or advice? Thanks.
Hey @IanC64 I don’t have a Formuler Z10, but also have noticed the unavailability of many apps from the play store via my KM6 & ONN…both running Android TV 10. What does your Formuler run?
Just looking at Troy’s review of this and it states it has full access to the Google Play store so not sure what’s going on, If you can try downloading these from there personal websites.GL It runs Android Tv 10
The play store has a funky way of allowing apps on boxes(its complicated 
). Ive always found it hit and mis. Try sideloading apps if you can and see if any work.
There are two basic types of apps in the Google playstore. One is for phone/pads that are based on touchscreen. The android tv based apps are designed for remote control.
Android 10 with all latest updates.
Is Google or the App blocking certain devices?
I just fired mine up. Granted I’m in the states, but I will look and see if those are available to me. Not sure it will help, but I’ll look

Copy…I’m just trying to find a rhyme or reason for it myself…no biggie, as I have a ton of other sources…just weird. Seem to get everything I want via my Bluestacks on the puter…just touch n’ go on the streaming boxes. I’ve never used a tv box with stock android (of which I’m guessing you had on yer H96…?) & very seldom use my phone to download anything related to streaming.

I searched those you listed and the only thing that pops up is BritBox
Let me provide an example. Many here have Tivimate. To get a subscription requires the Tivimate Companion App from the Google Play Store. That app is not available on android tv, and must be installed on an Android Device or through BlueStacks or another Android emulator.
My VPN has an app on Google Play Store that can be accessed by all all android devices.
The same is true for browsers.
I own nothing Android but my tv boxes. I subscribed right through the Play Store with both subscriptions I have. I put in a Google Play Card and it took the $ right from that
So basically Formuler Z10 is for IPTV. Even if you can dowload say ITV hub it won’t open the app you get a manufacturer has no rights to app message. Does anyone know how I could sideload these apps?
You signed into your acct on ITV?
I watch ITV hub on H96 Android box. On Formuler Google play store it will download but wil not open saying not compatable with this device. BBC iPlayer or ALL4 does not even show uo in store. It’s a device issue I think.

Hi thanks, I got ITV to download and it opens. Still having trouble with ALL4 and STV player. On aptoide STV downloads into system apps and tries to open but closes after I sign in. Any ideas? Thanks.
