Firestick will not allow me to download TiViMate app or IPTV Smart Pro X. I get a meesage that unknown error has occured. Check your URL and connection. Also when I click download from the troypoint it routes me to mediafire. I have already purchased TiVimate and downloaded on my other firestick.

A little more info would be helpful for all the great troubleshooters here to help with this issue. Where are you trying to download from? Wherever it is, did you allow that app to install from unknown sources in the settings? Also you can do this from any browser on your device. Here’s a link and a helpful tutorial. Good

Turn off your vpn and try again.
Using the downloader app on firestick. Yes, “download from unknown apps” is enabled. I uninstalled the downloader app and reloaded. Tivimate downloaded after that.
Have you tried on a browser like Silk to see if the result is different?

The problem is you did not allow downloader to access your device files and folders. To correct this go to app click on downloader, force close app and then clear app data. Open downloader and a pop up will appear and ask you for permission to access your device. hope that helps
