My firestick 3 just stopped working. Tried disconnecting for 30 seconds and reconnect, I get the main screen but cannot navigate. Put new batteries in the remote, still cannot navigate. Does anyone know if the problem is the remote or the stick?

My firestick doesn’t work. I can use the remote to go to the det up with remote screen but it just stays on the scanning for networks screen. I have another firestick and a Mecool box working fine, just this firestick doesn’t work. Anyone have a fix or is this tick toast?
I’ve had this happen on a couple of firesticks. They started not connecting to my network for no apparent reason. I reset them to factory spec several times and this worked temporarily but eventually nothing would revive them. I just threw them out and replaced them.
