Hi I have a 1st generation 4K firestick which has a few apps on it like cinema HD, downloader, and others. but something has happened and I cannot access any settings especially to factory reset so I can start again with fresh apps.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this? Also the remote won’t work anymore but thankfully it still works with the tv remote

Please review this for all firestick issues and guides, if the following hasn’t worked feel free to ask.
This should resolve most to all issues.
Try unplugging it and leaving it unplugged, make sure you have it hooked up to the adapter so it gets power from the wall outlet and not the tv.
