Firestick cache

How do you clean all cache from firestick at one time? The following is an artical I read but…
Here’s how to clear your FireStick’s cache:

4.You should be able to see how much storage is available. If it’s a low amount relatively, you should clear the cache.

How? The amount of space available is low…there is no clear cache option???

Use an app called defsquid or sdmaid but there’s no true one click cleaner for the stick. You still have to individually clear the apps.

I have sdmaid…not sure I am using it correctly.

I use TDUK Cache Cleaner but it only works on firesticks using version 7 Amazon operating system. I tried SD Maid but it did not work with my firestick.

You can use an app called “Background Apps & Process List”.

I have not tried it on a Fire TV Cube. However, it should work on any Amazon device using version 7 of the operating system. I have it working on both my firestick 4k max and also on my JVC Fire TV.

Cool, Thank You ibk75.

Background apps only does what you can do yourself by going into settings> application> manage installed application>force close any app> clear cache.
Defsquid>Manage Apps does the same thing. Remember, do not clear Data or all your app settings and logins will be removed and need to be reentered. Cache is only a major concern if you are short on storage otherwise I only clear the cache every night before I power my device off. Best performance boost imho is Fast Task Killer in Troy’s RAI.

Thanks Miki! I will check to see if I have added fast track killer…if not I will!!

Fast Task Killer. It’s in Troy’s RAI. Or use one of the trusted libraries.
