I cannot get my firestick 4k to reset to factory default. I have went through the settings menu to do this and it gives me the verification screen to reset and I select reset but it goes back to the Home Screen and does nothing. I have the same result when using the remote buttons. The onscreen countdown message appears and I have let it count down to zero and have selected ok but both take me back to the Home Screen. I just want to reset it and start over… help!!! what am I doing wrong?

It’s possible you didn’t check your Provider Tools settings to enable all providers & hosters & torrents… Check the Tools option in Seren and Click Provider Tools … make sure to Click Manage Provider Packages and that the a4kScrapers is installed.
I’m not technically inclined, but I check for updates to the a4kScrapers just to be on the ssfe side.
