My Firestick 4K is OS 6.2.8.9. I bought a Sandisk 64GB 3.0. I used Rufus on my windows 10 computer to format it to FAT32. I can’t get my firestick to see it. What can I do?

Ensure Drive is Supported
Be sure the drive you are using meets proper specifications. Some Fire TV devices will only support a USB drive that is USB 2.0 compatible and 128GB or lower in size.
USB drives on Firestick 4K, generation 1 and 2 won’t work for app storage, but will work for watching videos and in file management apps like Downloader and ES File Explorer.
Firestick Lite and Firestick generation 3 will allow moving apps to a USB stick.
Miki how do I find out what generation my Firestick 4K is?
Miki never mind. I just found out I have First generation so it won’t work. Thanks for your help.
