Is there a certain type of hdmi cable that is best for the fire cube? Mine is iffy and I’m returning the cube for a replacement since it isn’t working with my recast or Samsung tv correctly! My 4K max works perfectly but bought the cube for more memory but it doesn’t like my sound bar, recast, or my tv! Hopefully I just got a bad one and the new one will solve the problem!
just a good shielded cable 2.1 or the newest standard 2.2

I doubt very much that its the HDMI cable. More likely you got a dud Cube.
Always a good idea to check the cable…ive seen people rip a system apart to try and “fix” it…and all the problem was…a faulty hdmi cable. Now this has never happened to me
