FYI, the Fire Toolbox just recently updated to version 34. There have been numerous upgrades, as the developer is very active. If you have a Fire Tablet and want to Googlize it, this is the way to go.

Can you use it to modify fire tv ?
It is intended for tablets, but I have never experimented with other Fire OS before. The XDA forum shows this as the compatible tablets:
