Please note that 40 to 50 download should still stream 4K. Unfortunately, having more than 30 isn’t going to help at all unless you are downloading items on your device.

You could purchase the ethernet adapter for the firestick to eliminate the wifi speed loss but like others have said you will not get max speed with a vpn.
Another thing, make sure you are on the latest version of IPVanish and manually select your server closest to you, the one with the fastest ping is not always the best. Also try different protocols.
