Did anybody know that you can now buy the Walmart Onn on amazon.com? It’s a big surprise since you would think they would only promote their fire sticks, but I guess “if it don’t make money, it don’t make sense” so maybe that’s why they are selling the competition? That is the one you can buy at Wally World for $25 and most stores had them, maybe not so much now that they raised the price of the UHD sticks.
This is a 3rd party seller not Amazon. Most of amazon is made up of 3rd party sellers. My guess is this is someone who bought a bunch of them much cheaper and now that they are out of Stock at Wally world are profiting from selling them on Amazon at a higher price. Amazon doesn’t care they take their cut from these 3rd party sellers as long as they aren’t “Loaded Boxes” (Which years ago there were all kinds of Loaded Firesticks) on Amazon

Easiest way I think is having the Walmart app and keep looking in surrounding areas
Walmart still gets the boxes and people buy them online for pickup later. Walmart shows new stock in the early morning hours, so visit your local sites several hours **before ** the store opens, but online for later pickup. They’ll even bring it to your car or you can have it shipped free.
Walmart stores don’t get many and early shoppers are buying. By the time the stores open there are very few left or out of stock! I’ve bought several this way for family.
I just bought another ONN pro V2 off of the shelf for 59.99 to have a spare. They had several of all models on the shelf.
Yes stay away! you can see the colors on the box are wrong. Other little hints? you can buy that box at any Walmart? In fact most 0f the Onn models are available?
It looks like your question has been answered multiple times. If you don’t mind paying a ridiculous amount for the device then yes they are available on Amazon. Anyone can buy them at Walmart and sell on Amazon. I wanted to comment because I saw someone mention to be careful of the color of the box. I’m sure they’re talking about the green box. They’re legit just older. Walmart is still bringing them in to stores. Between friends and family I’ve set up 6 for me and 30 for everyone else. I set up Stremio and IPTV service I’ve been using for six years. Some of them don’t want to subscribe to IPTV they’re happy with Stremio add ons.
Last thing, if you’re using an IPTV service I recommend Tivimate. It’s the best, you can even record shows. Google has changed what’s allowed as far as connecting an ONN device directly to external HD but not an issue. Once it’s recorded just use File Manager+ to move it to the HD. It can also be set up as SMB/Network Share which I’m going to do soon. With this set up you will be able to record directly to the external HD. Cost is approximately $150
Tivimate is good but not really the best anymore IMHO. TiviGlass has taken over as my daily driver now. Much better picture quality. Discord site for help. Advanced features like in app diagnostics. Easy recording without the need for a system picker. Online dashboard where you can get actual help using an AI feature. All in all more modern and feature rich with evolving options to satisfy everyone, not to mention a free tier.

Thanks for the info. Definitely want to check out the advanced features. I’ll have to disagree with better picture quality. The quality depends entirely on your IPTV provider’s stream quality. I just checked 12 channels. All are HD 10 channels at 60 FPS and 2 at 30 FPS.
I signed up for lifetime and would have no issue also signing up to Tiviglass if I notice a big difference. I did see that Tiviglass allows all devices logged in under your account. Tivimate does have a limit of 5.

Well you would be the only one on live TV that doesn’t notice the improved picture as anyone commenting on it has, including myself. Much better than any other IPTV. But as with everything in this hobby it depends on you and what you like as well as your setup. You are correct on the source being important but if you don’t have a source with FHD or UHD or even 4K feeds then it’s time to switch. Maybe check out some of the 4K feeds. At least FHD or UHD. FPS won’t affect clarity or colour just motion in fast action sporting events for example.
