Im having a problem adding additional storage. Firestick is not recognizing it. It does not show up in settings under my fire tv or applications. It does show up in xplore. I did get a message to format, clicked it, but it seemed to disappear very quickly and didn’t seem to do anything
It’s been a real problem with these fire sticks is not recognizing any new memory sticks. I have a 4K Maxx that I’ve had a 128 GB memory stick on it for over a year but it will not recognize any other new memory sticks.
External storage suddenly stopped working. Firestick no longer recognizes the flash drive that I’ve used for three years, nor will it recognize any other . Firestick wont open with it plugged in. When I remove drive and firestick opens the screen is out of scale until I restary
