I keep getting an error message 3e when attempting to peform a factory reset. Attempting factory reset because firestick not working properly. I have tried different approaches different hdmi ports, different tvs, un plugging from from tv and outlet, and letting unplugged firestick sit for days and nothing helps. It starts the reset process then goes to a black screen with red lettering on top of screen that says factory reset will continue in several minutes but nothing happens. Is the firestick beyond repair and should I replace it or can I fix it. Thank you in advance for your help.
Are you able to get into settings? If so go in and clear/delete any/all apps you can…everything…doesnt matter as we are factory resetting, REBOOT, try again …post back. For any further firestick issues I would then like to introduce @Miki <<< the Fire King
