Not sure if they are out of business or maybe just hacked. Service has been down for a day, i sent a ticket and received an automated response to try someone else with a link. Anyone else use this service. Ive had there service several years but now just data source exception. Thanks
I’m in the same boat. Tried the link for the free trial. It takes you back to the 12pc site but the trial doesnt work.

I got lucky. My subscription is up next week and I didn’t renew yet. But my service is back up and running. Time to start shipping for a back up.
Thats strange. Mine is back on so im guessing they were hacked by that link.see what happens with this.
I just reset my router and the full service came back. It has been giving me data but no pic a few times over the years but only for a very short time. Either power down my streamer or reset router which worked the fastest. Great service.

Change your vpn to another country and it works fine, later changed back to my favorite cities and it worked again. Currently still working on July 25.
I just love this provider, been with them for many years too.

Does anyone know the current downloader code for Dozenz or 12 piece with VPN? I have it on one TV, can’t remember the code for it. 551381 doesn’t work anymore. TIA
Maybe log into your account and send them a ticket. Ive never used that setup before with the vpn. They also have a telegram account. Ive always used tivimate.
