Downloader not working

I cannot download Toolbox. Downloader says c heck URL and connection. Both are working. What next?

Are you using the new Onn 4K Pro Box? I was having similar issues but I returned it and bought a Firestick 4K MAX and now have no issues.

You don’t “download” Troy’s :toolbox: you open the web page in downloader and then scroll through it to get what you want. This is why Troy recommends that you add the URL to your “Favorites” in downloader.

I was able to uninstall downloader then reinstall it and it opened.
I got the toolbox and added it to my favorites. I did not download it.,
