I made the mistake of trying to reinstall downloader and after I uninstalled it I realized it was no longer available in the app store. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, is there a way to download it onto my firestick without using the app store? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it, but I think the problem is my firestick because I can’t seem to download anything. I am going to try and reset my Firestick back to default.
Sorry for the confusion…Amazon store still has the Downloader App. For some reason my VPN was preventing me from downloading it. Thanks to ilpadrino for your assistance and my apologies to everyone else for my confusion.
@K9DOC …way to figure it out…can you mark your problem as solved, it might help others…also, just FYI…before i go the setting back to default route, i always try “the shut everything down, unplug everything, wait several minutes, then reverse that, and give it a whirl”….sometimes that’s enough to solve the problem, and sure beats having to reinstall everything…but that’s just me…
