Hello I downloaded the downloader app and everything went well then next step was to put in Troy point.com/sg and now when I hit downloader app it gives me. Black screen and says no signal check the external input.
I’m still on the hdmi2 where fire stick is. What did I do.

I would unplug the box let it rest reset and try again.
Sometimes they are finicky.
