Where can I find the app downloader?

I apologize, I misread/misunderstood the initial post. I believe you are correct in that they are looking for the app “downloader”. Google play store, Amazon app store…really anywhere.
So many people are still looking for the Rapid App Installer, it is a knee jerk reaction to post the Toolbox lmao.

I have an Amazon Fire TV Stick Max 4k and I’m not able to come into the app store to download the downloader app. I cannot download any kind of app at the moment. Every time I try to install Twitch, DAZN or anything else I get an error message. Only the installed Apps like YouTube work. But if I go to the App store nothing will be shown. I just get the message “Please try again later” since 2 days….. What can I do?
It’s German, but the message is “Server Problem, your Fire TV Stick isn’t able to contact our servers “……
