In downloader once I put in the 6 numbers I receive “ This page requires cookies to be enabled in your browser settings. Please check this settings and enable cookies.” I went to settings nothing. I went to silk all settings enabled. Any suggestions?

I had that happen awhile back. I ended up turning off my vpn and then did my search. That was when I was using SS. I use Express now and haven’t run into that issue. SS has done several updates in the past month. So, they may have addressed that issue and pushed out a fix…dunno?

I’m using the Amazon fire cube.
Have you tried another number code to see if the same thing happens? It could be the site you’re trying to access. Try another code and see if you get the same issue.

delete the one you have and download new one from firestick click home then search downloader i just tried it an works fine hope it helps
Just had the same issue…it was definitely the Surfshark app running that causes it - I disconnected SS and was then able to access Troypoint via Downloader normally.

I encountered this “Cookies Issue” last evening and, despite checking all available areas of the Downloader App, was unable to locate any reference to “Cookies”. After reading this thread on TroyPoint Insider, and reference to SurfShark, I went back to my set-up and Disconnected SS. When I went back to download a file using Downloader, it worked perfectly. Something to keep in-mind…always check the status of SS before attempting a download.

I can’t get downloader to let me download elementum on my onn 4k pro
Turn off your VPN, download it, install and then turn your VPN back on. If I remember correctly some had to do this with their Onn Pro.
