Hello fellow Troypointers! What a wonderful website for old guys who struggle with technology.
I understand that I’m probably not posting in the appropriate topic area but I’m struggling with codes for Downloader.
I’m looking for a code for IP Vanish but I’m trying to learn where we can access codes & how does a person look for a specific code?
Not sure I’m making myself clear but I’m simply trying to figure out where to locate codes & figure codes go with which app you want to download.
I apologize in advance for potentially posting in the wrong area & for the poor description of my question.

You can just go to your devices app store and search for IPVanish. You don’t need to use downloader and have a code for that.
Thanks Jayhawk. I probably used a poor example with a VPN.
I guess it comes down to knowing which code works for which app. How do I know which code to use when wanting to download a particular app.

Codes are just a shortcut to save the time to type in the url. You can go directly to the website, or site that has the download without using any codes.
Always try the main stores first. If they don’t have what you want. Then you will have to sideload the app. If so, then websites such as the Troypoint Toolbox (below) or such would be my 2nd choice to look. Then if still not found you can do a simple word search in your browser to find the apk. You can use the browser in Downloader or any other browser of your choice and download and install from your browser. I use TV Bro and you can find that in the TP-Toolbox. Lastly, there are 3rd party stores like Aurora that offer a plethora of apks to download (vid tut below).
