Downloader and Express VPN

Whenever I use Downloader by AFT News and Express VPN is active, it just sits there saying ‘connecting’. I am using various devices when this happens. When I download from Troypoint TB as an example I have to turn off the VPN, which defeats the whole purpose of security. Thank you in advance for your help…

Not having this problem, maybe turn these off if they are currently on in ExpressVPN app.

I have the same problem on my TV. I just use my PC to download the file and load it on my TV via USB stick.
