Diggz Build not installing

I have side loaded the diggz build onto Kodi 19.4 got to install from zip and nothing is happening. Can someone please tell me why.
As I have tried it about 6 times and still nothing.

Hi did you follow TP manual to install it otherwise pls follow the correct steps.

If you decide to try another build you can choose from the list also created by TP.

Hi matrix I always follow to I’ve never had this problem before on Amazon fire 4k

This could be anything, but sorry for asking one question.
In TP manual it shows to Choose 18.6 Diggz Xenon Plus.
But If using Kodi 19 and above this will be called Xenon Matrix.
Did you choose the right one pls let us know. Thanks.

FYI, if you click on that link in my post, if the repo is up and running, it will display a list of files associated to that link, indicating it’s functional. If you don’t get anything, then it’ll be down again.
