Data source exception

I’ve been having issues with my service since about 2:30 this morning and it’s not gotten any better.
It seems that all the channels on the IPTV service I use are giving me data source exception errors. Usually during “peak” times the service is crap with buffering and what not, but now I can’t get nothing. My speeds are good (125 up and 63 down), and my vpn is working.
Ideas?

I’m actually having issues today as well. I have two different services that both arent working and the one place insists its working fine. I don’t use a vpn but have tried with and without.

Updating to say my provider that swore the service wasn’t down actually found that it was down for some people so I’m no longer having an issue.

My IPTV service is doing absolutely fine. I use IPVanish. Every channel and options like 24/7 shows are playing fine. No buffering at all. I have to agree with Miki, your internet provider might be throttling you.

Why on earth would a service provider care what you are watching? Anyway my IPTV service working great no VPN

I could have looked at the screen wrong when I typed in those numbers.

I got an email from my IPTV provider stating that they have new XStreams server codes, but I’m not sure if they’re taking the place of the server address or what?

Also, they gave me a link for “TVTUBE player app”. Am I supposed to switch from tivimate to this?

All they gave me was a server code (example “http://XXXX.xyz”). Am I supposed to replace the section of the server address with that?

Couldn’t he just add a new playlist and see what happens? If it works, then he can delete the old one. I see no reason to make a backup and then try it. I could be wrong though.

The server URL is quite long, ending with a colon and a series of numbers. Do I just delete what comes after the “//“ and insert the url the gave me and leave the rest?

Sorry for all the questions.

If the address doesn’t work, the old one is still there because he never deleted it. He just created a new playlist that can easily be deleted if it doesn’t work and then back to square one. Everyone has their own way of doing things.

I replaced the url in the original server address with the new url. I also left the “:24561” and saved it. It immediately did an update and now I have TV!

Woo hoo!

Thanks everyone.

I recommend trying a different service. I have trouble during peak hours too. They all may be the same. If someone knows a better service I’m interested.

That makes two of us!

Most are under a court order to block access In Canada. I think it.is the same in the USA and it is in EU as well.

Yeah again I’ve never had an IPTV Service block anything I watch. And I don’t use a VPN

I thought VPN’s were mandatory for cord cutters?

i think most people use them because of herd mentality. You gotta do what is right for you but I’ve been streaming for 10 years without one.

I agree 100%.
