I cannot stream tv shows on crew only movies, is anyone else experiencing this problem. Thank you
Just checked for you it is streaming TV episodes for me in my collection. I’ve only had the crew on Kodi for about a week on the Walmart ONN thought I’d try it because I got it for free but I did notice when clicking on some episodes there were no links available. It is working on my end I’m keeping this as a backup though I use the 4k fire stick Max. I’ve been using Cinema APK and film’s Plus for a few years now They still seem to work. Had Kodi years ago seemed a lot easier though when the APKs came out. I got to tell you though that Walmart Onn only with Kodi and maybe three other apps leaves me with about 3gb memory left and is way faster than the fire 4K Max stick when it comes to starting a movie or show in Kodi or films Plus. My 4K Maxx stick usually has about only 1 GB left and use techdoctor UK cache cleaner app for a dollar on Amazon. That saves me a lot of darn time instead of going through each app and cleaning the cache in the settings. I’ve had Amazon for years since 2016 with their streamers and I’m starting to realize they suck when it comes to guys like us that want to add stuff on it really does not give you enough room with their bloatware and junk and apps that you’ll never use. That can’t be deleted. That’s another reason why I stop using Kodi for some years it was just taking up too much space. But these APKs on my fire Stick or buffering a lot and cinema their streams weren’t there enough so I have to always have a backup. The Walmart onn does have HDR but no Dolby vision They don’t advertise this in their ad so I thought it didn’t have HDR and called Walmart and they ended up giving it to me for free after they shipped it to me. So thought I’d try it out a few months later. PS also using IPvanish along with Kodi and the crew works but the other day I could not download it was having problems and then tried again the next day the same way and it worked. So hopefully it works now for you Hope I’ve helped.
If you’re short on space for the Max Stick, get an otg cable and a 128GB Sandisk USB Drive. Lots of room to add 3rd party apps then.
I’ve been having issues with Crew depending on what VPN location I’m using lately where the calendar opens but you can’t access any of the shows playing on that specific day.
I’ve been using SS VPN and have been having so many issues with it either dropping connection constantly or how it is interacting with individual add-ons and the location I’m connected to.

I do use OTG cable for fire TV Max stick. It helps but not very much some apps it will not put on and the apps that it does it’s still has to put data on internal in stick. I have the original since 2016 the fire TV box that has an internal SD card slot and it didn’t do too much for that I wouldn’t put 128 GB in I used the 32 GB and it still has about 31 left. If I had to do it all over again and they had the better systems back then I would just spend the money on one of them that has more RAM and more memory like Nvidia shield so in my opinion the adding on with OTG cable to me is worthless for some people it may be worth it if they’re adding more than just apps. Amazon could have stepped up its game with the max stick but didn’t. They want to sell the cube for over $100 with more RAM I will not be buying that.
I have used a 64GB Sandisk on my 4k Max for a couple of years. Yes some data still goes onto the Max itself but doing it this way I keep over 3GB free on the stick itself. You can only use the usb drive for apps or for recording, not both. Using a file manager like x-plore there is a way to move apps over to the drive, including the 3rd party ones that the Dev has not added the code to move or install an app onto the drive. But I agree it is a tad daunting. I presently have a Shield Pro but once I get moved and settled I’m going to get the new cube as it has many of the Max issues resolved and can even handle NTFS and added storage quite easily.

Fake News! Problem is with your Build or your setup. I have The Crew both in a Grindhouse Build as well as on one of Troy’s KODI 20 forks and both have worked flawlessly for months
