The Crackle app does not seem to available from the Amazon appstore. The correct icon displays but a search indicates app cannot be found. My device is an Amazon Firestick 4k.
If it can’t be found in Amazon, is there an alternative method, say using the downloader app?

Btw, I am assuming you are in the USA? If not, since this app is an American app, you may need to turn on your VPN and select a server from the United States.
Tried this and I kept being bombarded by 3rd. party apps wanting me to register prior to d/l apk. I make it a practice to avoid these for privacy reasons. Searching for alternatives like Aptoid TV, maybe. Thanks, anyway!

Thanks folks. I appreciate the options. I was getting pretty frustrated with the Downloader search ads! One thing that should be noted: both the Troypoint and Firestickhacks methods do not work and should be updated so others don’t experience the same issue as myself. I’ve tried an Aptoid TV search and get 2 hits: “Crackle” and “Crackle Free Movies & TV”. Does anyone know the difference between these apps?
I haven’t followed Crackle in years…didn’t even know it still existed till I looked it up after your asked about it…for apps like that, I would suggest BeeTV or FilmPlus or TeaTV…if you want the best VOD apps Stremio or Syncler are probably the highest rated around here. I personally use Stremio & have Bee/Tea & Film+ as backups.
Not sure which Troypoint methods you’re having trouble with, but I’ve always found them to be sound instruction/tutorials. Try this: get on Downloader…type in 250931…that takes you to Troy’s Toolbox…scroll down to Unlinked (it’s btwn Perfect Player & Filesynced) download Unlinked app on your device…open it up & in the “Add a new library” type in: 67664537…that is a large app store in Unlinked…you then click on the store icon & scroll/click yer way down about a dozen times till you get to Top Movie & TV Shows Apps…look around & download what you want…they’re all free apps. Suggestion: select the ones that say Lite AF or just AF…those are the AD FREE versions. When you click on them a box opens up…click Download…wait till another box pops up & click Install app…follow the next install prompt & click Install. Back out of the app & look for it in the App section of whatever streaming device you have. This is pretty much an all in one store so whatever you’re interested in, it’ll probably be here. I’m not saying its the best or only way to get apps, but it’s one of the most popular & easy ways. Personally, I check a number of places just to make sure I’m getting the newest version available. Edit: Whenever you install a new app/s…always run it thru a virus checker…a very good one on the Troy Toolbox is VirusTotal. Note: it will occasionally show 1 hit for a virus…generally, that is due to the app being “modded” …but it will be safe…you can also ask around.
Crackle is a legit streaming app and free with ads(bathroom breaks built in).
If you use stock android most likely just need to sideload otherwise its supported on most devices.

All great tips to play with. I have Troy’s toolbox saved in Download Favourites already will proceed as suggested. Have never felt the need to use a virus checker because I restrict myself to Troy’s app suggestions and I know he virus checks everything, lol.
Update: Checked out BeeTV, Filmrise, and teaTV - all great choices. Stremeo is next. Who needs Crackle, lol?
