Copy/Paste Method - For URLs, EPGs, etc

I’m sure some of you have your own methods to get IPTV URLs and EPGs into an IPTV app on your Android/FireTV Devices from the service provider’s email. If you already have this figured out, please post them here for others, but don’t make fun of my new way to do it lol.
