Well I guess the repository just doesn’t like me.
It won’t even let me reinstall the repository. Keep getting couldn’t retrieve directory information. Could be due to the network not being connected.
I know I am entering in the right URL, I swear I can spell guys! 
Maybe its my ISP being fishy?
Turn off your vpn maybe?

So, I was correct in my final assumption of my ISP (xfinity) being the culprit of my issue.
The ISP has an advanced security feature that blocks websites that are confirmed or potentially harmful. My ISP says the site is blocked because of potential malware. cMaN’s repository has never done me any harm in the past so I see no reason to not keep using it.
So, I guess I have to turn this feature off to access the repository.
Any other xfinity customers on troypoint have this issue lol?
I guess you either have to turn that feature off or use a vpn.
I never used xfinity.
