I’m sure it gets faster the more you do it, but there sure are a ton of steps when you think about it. Connect the Onn device to your google account, enable developer options and configure the other essential settings, connect the device to wifi & your TV, install downloader, install Toypoint toolbox and the several other app stores you want/need, do remote & device updates, download the apps you need from the various app stores, install Projectivity Launcher and go through configuring the dozen or so settings and re-ordering of apps, install & configure VPN, install tvquickactionsPro and re-map the remote control buttons, configure Real Debrid, Torrentio, Comet, Media Fusion, etc…, Install Stremio and configure it with add-ons, playlists, and re-order things as needed, install Tivimate and any other backup IPTV players and set them up with your playlists as well as configure your groups / favorites and other tivimate settings.
I wrote out all these steps in detail, and it takes up about 5 full pages in a google doc. This allows me to go through the process fairly easily, but it’s by no means “quick”. I’m sure if I got an external keyboard, typing in URLs and logging into all the various accounts could save me a solid half hour in the overall process. Even so, it’s a LOT of setup work when you add all these individual steps up.
