Changing/updating patron status to another account

I sent an email early morning yesterday to troypoint@startmail.com about changing my username and patron status. I had created a new account and wanted to use that but forgot about my old account with patron status and just wanted to flip the usernames and email addresses if possible. I haven’t heard back but didn’t know if that was the correct process as I saw in a past thread. Thank you. @TROYPOINT
