Can't use VPN when trying to watch IPTV with iVue

Running the latest Diggz Xenon build and when I try watching TV through iVue TV guide while using a VPN (Surfshark), the guide will not open and brings up the message “no internet connection, check your network settings”. The only fix is to turn the VPN off but I’m not very comfortable in doing that. Suggestions?

Try different locations with your VPN and protocols. No I wouldn’t use it without a VPN

I received a message from the Diggz forum that no VPN is necessary as:
“Nothing in the builds need a VPN. Every addon simply pulls the streams from websites you can browse on the internet.” and…

“Theres NO torrent addons in the build where you would need to worry about using a VPN”

Well use it at your own risk. You may be right about the torrents. I just use a VPN anywhere possible except in paid apps.

I use a VPN on literally everything that lets me use it, even paid apps. And if it doesnt let me use it, I likely wont use that app (unlike it is a paid one like Philo or something). Others will feel differently in this forum, not telling the OP what to do, just my preference.
