The issue is am no longer being able to connect to the VPN started when I updated my Android TV box to version (3.28.1). It connected before the update. I even tried another TV box I have with the previous version of Surfshark and it connected to the VPN. However I had to update that previous version to 3.28.1 and now it doesn’t connect to the VPN either. I purchased a new router, although my router is only 6 months old. Made no difference, still can’t connect to the VPN. It says connecting but then it kicks back to not connected. I’ve had Surfshark for over a year with no issues & I recently renewed and now this.
The issue seems to be in the update. It seems to no longer be compatible. I’ve been without VPN connection for a week. I contacted support but they haven’t been able to resolve the issue. rather disappointed..
