I get msg “can’t connect edge server” after a blue circling image. This is part of a msg box that has a retry option. Once this starts, it seems to be true on all the channels I choose from Apollo Group. Restarting Firestick does bring things back to normal. Any ideas why and/or what to do to reduce/eliminate this problem? TIA

I had the same problem. It went away when I force-stopped apollo group went to my VPN and changed servers. I live in central California and was connecting to Los Angeles or San Jose Servers. I switched to Denver server and haven’t had a problem since. You may have to try a few servers before you find the right one. Hope that helps you.
