I have been trying to renew real debrid. I have had an account with them for several years. I’ve never had a problem renewing. When I select my plan and proceed to the payment page I get blocked from paying. I attached the photo of what the screen looks like but I’m not sure if the photo will show up.
This is what it says on one line:
You are currently using a VPN / proxy / server, please disable it to unlock all payment methods.
Followed by this on the second line:
Your VPN provider seems to be Cloudflare Warp
I don’t have Cloudflare on my iPhone. I don’t even know what it is. I have SurfShark but I don’t have it enabled on my iPhone.
Any help would be appreciated.
Try using ur computer . Also I had to sign in and u let them know which VPN ur using. Also had to use a card that accepts international charges. I had the same problem also clear history,cache from browser.
I did turn it off on the firestick. I don’t have a vpn activated on my phone. I don’t own a computer so the only way for me to renew is via my iPhone. I figured it out. I just had to use bitcoin to renew it. It wasn’t allowing me to use my credit card anymore. Guess it’s for the better. Less of a trail using bitcoin I guess.
