The best i can tell you is to search for the 7of9 repo url. Thats where it comes from but it is already installed in the build i use. I dont have to set up anything.
I am not familiar with the DDMC build, Genocide addon or Lincoln browser you are talking about to know if the issue is something else.
Not sure why you feel that Account Manager is required as opposed to recommended. It just makes the process easier.
Is this stuff you are trying to do on your Automotive System OS? Is the following the DDMC you are referring to?

@Miki I believe DDMC is Doomsday KODI Build which I know nothing about or want to.

When I try to open the genocide add-on it’s tells me it has to be real debris authorized and as I recently renewed my real debris and authorized it and builds like crew such for some reason the genocide add-on when I click on the real debris it just gives me the instructions to go to the link but it never actually gives me the code to put into it when I go to the real debris site to connect it And when I started looking at the programmers instructions It says it needs to have the account manager installed to be able to work I know nothing about programming so I don’t know why that would be I’m just trying to get the account manager installed

First thing, are you using kodi 21.1? If not, I recommend to update.
Luckily @MarkxG figured out that DDMC is for Doomsday build. Also luckily, the build i use has that repo already installed in it. So i was able to get 2 options for DD wizard. Simple Wizard and GUI wizard. Which one are you using? I went with to both wizards and saw a bunch of build options but none said DDMC. I saw a few doomzday options but not MC.
Lets narrow that down first.
I may already have a solution but not sure yet.
I’m afraid it’s DDMC is permanently stuck at 20.1 I think they stopped updating it as a matter of fact I had to get out of the archives

No problem. The best i can offer is the Zaxxon repo url at this point. I think you need to follow the 70f9 wizard or links not 100% sure.
Not sure of any compatability with older versions of kodi/addons.
