I’ve found that i have entered something wrong while entering the repository address… Also make sure. Your vpn is not blocking your connection because it failed… Also make sure you have the kodi unknown sources on. Another thing to try is remove the. S in (https)

I get this all the every time on kodi 20 but ok on kodi 19

The URL you posted seems to be a zip file. Maybe try unzipping it and then retry.
It’s a two step process. You have to add the source first, which is this web address. Then you install the repo from the source you just added. Follow the instructions carefully and make sure you have no typos. A lot of people enter http instead of https or vice versa. Or sometimes the / at the end is really necessary. Pay very close attention and make sure autofill isn’t changing anything as you type.
