Text +1 (702) 610-4202 and he will respond; it might take him a little while to get to you, be simple and concise on the issue. Is very possible that he will call you as well, I’ve never had any tech support guys call me, he did. His name is Mike.

I have always had quick and helpful online responses to my questions with Buzz TV. It is nice that there is someone you can now talk to for tech advice. That is something you don’t generally get with most of these streaming box manufacturers.

Absolutely a fact, very difficult for a streaming box manufacturer to provide that. Mike is also a co-developer on the company which by the way is family-owned. This guy knows a lot, I am a fan of BuzzTV because of him…and the product works well for me.
@Vicrod54, thx for the text #. I only had his e-mail addy - mike@buzztv.com. I have been in touch with customer service/tech support for about 10 days now. I was first put in touch with Mike in ‘Lost Wages’, NV about a month ago. Nice guy, he does know his stuff. I had an issue that he fixed before i finished explaining what the issue was!!
